Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Cal Kids Dental (Perris, CA) Cal Kids Dental is a growing, patient-focused pediatric dental office in Perris, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families in our community. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Position Overview The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering an excellent patient experience. You will assist the dentist during procedures, help maintain a positive and safe clinical environment, and support efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and charting Follow infection control and safety protocols Help manage patient flow and support front/back office coordination as needed Qualifications Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license X-ray certification required CPR/BLS certification Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth and development Consistent schedule with work-life balance If you are passionate about working with children and want to be part of a positive, growth-oriented dental team, we would love to hear from you!
