Dental Assistant (RDA)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist with various clinical procedures, manage patient records, and ensure a smooth workflow within the practice. Duties Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take X-rays as required, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations. Familiar with our management system Eaglesoft Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Assist in managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. (If not an RDA wages will be based off of experience) Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy is essential. Familiarity with X-ray procedures and safety protocols is highly desirable. Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft is a plus. Tech Savy, familiar with Cerec, Implants Implant and Oral Surgery knowledge is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable, professional and willing to learn and adapt!
