Full Job Description About Us:

We're excited to welcome a talented and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to our close-knit team. We're seeking a friendly, team-oriented professional who's a fast learner and truly passionate about making patients feel at ease and well-cared-for—someone ready to join what we proudly consider the premier dental practice in Rancho Cucamonga. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule: two Tuesdays per month from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus 2-3 Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort. Take radiographs (X-rays). Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment. Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures. Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health. Perform various office tasks as necessary, including maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments. Assisting in orthodontics. (Will be taught) Ensure the dental practice is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.

Requirements:

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of California. Current CPR certification. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. More than 1 year of experience. X-ray certification.
