DENTAL ASSISTANT/REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

to grow with our team. Front desk experience is a plus and encouraged.

Requirements:

Dental Assistant (with infection control/radiologist licenses) with plans to become a registered dental assistant. Registered Dental Assistant (preferred) Experience in pediatric dentistry including assisting with general anesthesia, oral sedation and nitrous oxide Maintains a high caliber of professionalism, care and integrity towards our pediatric patients and their families Demonstrates independence in learning new skills and desire for continuing education in airway dentistry, tongue ties, sensory needs for special needs patients Ability to present treatment plans to parents after doctor diagnosis Strong organization and time-management skills Understands and recognizes medical emergencies Loves to have fun!!!

Preferred:

Experience with PPO insurance including verifying eligibility and benefits Markets and brands the practice to local professionals and the community via visiting offices, community events, continuing education courses and social media. Strong organization, interpersonal and teamwork skills What You'll Do Set up and break down rooms Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient privacy and handling medical documentation with precision. Maintain clinical cleanliness by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures. Assist chairside during procedures including, nitrous oxide, behavior management and general anesthesia Support treatment planning & office operations Marketing to local offices and community via in person or social media Provide compassionate care for children and adults of all abilities Answer phones, insurance verification, and patient communication What We Offer $21-$25/hr (Depending on Experience and certifications) PTO $300 Scrub Allowance In-house dental benefits for family A supportive, fun team culture with growth opportunities Why Us?
