  • Part-time, Full-time Sweet Tooth Orthodontics & Children's Dentistry + Caring Kids Dental is looking for a positive, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric and orthodontic team.
We are open to both experienced assistants and motivated newer team members who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced clinical environment. Our office is highly team-oriented, supportive, and focused on creating a fun and positive experience for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Assist doctors during pediatric and restorative dental procedures Take digital radiographs (x-rays) Perform coronal polishing and apply sealants (with proper certification/licensure) Assist with SDF application and preventive procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support patient flow and clinical efficiency Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate clinical charting and documentation Work collaboratively with both clinical and front office teams
Qualifications:
Active California RDA license preferred, but not required DA applicants with x-ray certification encouraged to apply Coronal polishing and sealant certification CPR certification required Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate Strong communication skills and positive attitude Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset Comfortable working with children and families
