We're looking for an exceptional, sincere, and motivated Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us. If you're organized, professional, dependable, and genuinely enjoy connecting with patients, we'd love to meet you! Schedule Full-Time:
4 days per week Responsibilities Assist doctors with all chairside and four-handed dentistry procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure patients are comfortable and well cared for Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection-control protocols Provide an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Maintain accurate clinical records in Dentrix Ascend Cross-trained a plus Assist with Invisalign and iTero scanning Qualifications Current California RDA license Current CPR certification Minimum 2 years experience required Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented A genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care Invisalign and iTero experience If you enjoy building long-term, supportive relationships where you are valued, and encouraged to grow, we'd love to meet you!
