Dental Assistant / RDA•Endodontic Specialty Practice San Clemente, CA We are a growing boutique endodontic practice in San Clemente seeking a warm, professional, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team. Our office prioritizes exceptional patient care, a calm and supportive environment, and strong relationships with our referring offices. We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, organized, and excited to grow with a newer specialty practice. Experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist doctor during endodontic procedures Set up and break down operatories efficiently Take CBCT and radiographic images Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Help create a calm, reassuring experience for anxious patients Support smooth clinical flow throughout the day Cross train to cover front desk as needed•this is a small office and flexibility and collaboration are important

Qualifications:

Compensation:

$26-32/hour depending on experience Schedule Full-Time (Part Time opportunity may also be available)

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM•4:30

PM Friday:
