Job Overview The Registered Dental Assistant II is responsible for assisting the dental provider in the direct provision of dental services to patients at the clinic, as well as sterilization, preparation, inventory control of dental instruments and supplies, as well as proper infection control of all areas involving patient care. The Registered Dental Assistant II is also responsible for ensuring the efficiency of back-office dental operations and for mentoring and training new dental back-office staff. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or GED certificate required. Minimum of 1 year of RDA work experience in a dental office setting required. Active Registered Dental Assistant license, along with sealant certification required. Bilingual English/Spanish also required. Possesses and maintains a valid and current license with the State of California as a registered dental assistant or dental assistant. Credentialed as a valid
