The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and be proficient in using dental software. This role involves assisting the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining an organized and sterile environment. A passion for patient care and a commitment to quality service are essential. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure a safe environment for patients. Take radiographic imaging, including X-rays (digital sensors), and assist with 3D scanning when necessary. Maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients. Support the front office staff as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques. Experience Previous experience in a dental assisting role is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with general dentistry practices Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining patient records and clinic operations. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
