We use cutting edge technology (CBCT, Damon brackets, Invisalign, 3D printing, and diode laser) to deliver the highest quality of orthodontic care in a relationship driven, female-owned, private practice. Our clinical assistant will play a vital role in this exceptional patient experience, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their orthodontic journey. The Role & Duties Taking accurate records (photos, CBCT x-rays, iTero scans) Assisting Dr. Keri with orthodontic appointments for braces and clear aligners Operatory setup, breakdown, and sterilization following proper protocols Delivering friendly and clear patient education and parent communication 3D printing and making retainers and aligners Maintaining accurate and timely chart documentation Participating in day-to-day business operations Keeping the clinic organized, welcoming, and running like clockwork Required Experience At least two years of dental or orthodontic clinical assisting experience Dental x-ray certification preferred What We're Looking For Either part time (2-3 days per week) or full time (4 days per week) Our workdays are usually Monday through Thursday, from 8am to 5pm Self-motivated and takes initiative Excellent time management Positive and friendly attitude Team player and hard worker Attention to detail Strong commitment to protocols Open to professional growth Polished professional appearance What does the perfect fit look like to us? About Us:
Dr. Keri (Board Certified Orthodontist, professor in the orthodontic department at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, former Invisalign Board Member) loves to have a fun time in the clinic, jams out to good music, and shares (sometimes silly) stories with patients. She's been blessed to work in several highly efficient and organized practices in North Carolina as an associate and brings those experiences to Wildflower. Kellee (Front Office Coordinator) is a Front Desk Jill of All Trades with 8 years of experience working at a top tier orthodontic practice in Chicago, and 2 years of working in general dentistry in Boulder. She brings great energy and excellent execution to the entire litany of front desk, financial, and treatment coordinator roles. Why Join Wildflower?
