Kids Rock Dentistry & Orthodontics is a privately owned pediatric dental and orthodontic practice in Colorado Springs, and we are continuing to grow our clinical team. We are currently hiring an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to support our busy pediatric offices. This role works closely with kids all day, so candidates should enjoy interacting with children and families and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. What You'll Be Doing EDDAs play an important role in supporting patient care and helping appointments run efficiently throughout the day.

Typical responsibilities include:

Assisting dentists during patient appointments Performing EDDA procedures and supporting restorative treatment Helping children feel comfortable and supported during their visit Assisting with clinical procedures Sterilization and room setup Supporting inventory and ordering needs when needed Participating in team marketing and community events when scheduled Working closely with the clinical team to maintain smooth daily flow Requirements EDDA certification/training required Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience Pediatric or hospital experience is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Reliable, self-motivated, and organized Comfortable working with children throughout the day Schedule, Pay & Benefits Full-time position 4-day work week Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) with employer match (after qualifying period) Paid time off and paid holidays (after qualifying period) Paid sick time (starts accruing immediately) Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits Kids Rock is a team-focused practice dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for kids and families.
