Painless Root Canal Specialists is seeking an experienced and motivated Floating Endodontic Dental Assistant to support our three leading DC-area practices. Position Overview You will provide clinical support to our endodontists across multiple locations, ensuring efficient procedures, excellent patient care, and seamless daily operations. This role is ideal for a flexible, detail-oriented assistant who enjoys working in a specialty setting. Key Responsibilities Assist during root canal and specialty endodontic procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take and process dental radiographs Support patient comfort and education Maintain accurate clinical documentation Travel between assigned locations as scheduled Qualifications Dental assisting experience required (endodontic preferred) Current DC dental assistant certification/licensure X-ray certification required Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills Reliable and flexible for floating between locations Ready to Apply?
