Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Dental Assistant II to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional clinical patient care, and works collaboratively with the dentist and team to create a positive patient experience. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dentistry.
Qualifications:
  • Current Dental Assistant II certification
  • Current radiography certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Experience with digital x-rays, scanners, and modern dental softwares
Required Skills:
  • Previous dental experience
  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
  • Assist dentist during a variety of restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and emergency procedures
  • Take high-quality digital xrays
  • Take digital impressions and traditional impressions
  • Maintain proper infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
  • Accurately chart treatment and update patient records
  • Make high-quality temporary crowns
  • Stock operatories and maintain clinical inventory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Dentrix
  • Professional Appearance and positive, patient-focused / team player attitude
