Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedBILINGUAL
(ENGLISH/ SPANISH) Dental Assistant to join our team.The person has to have studied dental assisting or had previous training of it. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring the comfort of patients
- Organization. Skills during different procedures is a must and be capable to be trained .
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Perform patient assessments, including taking impressions , provisional crowns.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, anticipating the needs of the dentist
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software system OPEN DENTAL, training would be given if needed
- Be able to use a Scanner
- Experience in crowns and inlays/onlays design is a plus an will be compensated to the maximun rate
Requirements:
- Bilingual ( English / Spanish ).
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant , Foreigner dentist with proper work permit are welcome or relevant certification from an accredited dental assisting program
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and instruments
- Knowledge dental software systems such as Open Dental
- Experience using and scanner is a MUST and experience with design will upgrade your rate. $$$
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willing to get trained in difference facet of dentistry , lab and clinical We offer
SALARY WILL INCREASE AFTER 3 MONTHS , PAID HOLIDAYS ,BONUS OVER PRODUCTION, PAID CONFERENCE TO GET TRAINED
