Our team utilizes advanced technology—including lasers, the GentleWave, surgical microscopes and CBCT imaging—to deliver the highest level of clinical excellence in a warm, welcoming environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a personable, friendly, and collaborative Endodontic Assistant to join our growing team. If you are a positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making patients feel comfortable and at ease, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the endodontist during root canal therapies and microsurgical procedures. Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and treatment rooms. Greet patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and review post-op instructions. Capture high-quality digital radiographs and CBCT scans. Maintain clean, compliant, and fully stocked operatories.
Qualifications:
Previous dental assisting experience preferred (will train the right candidate on endodontic specialties). Warm, energetic, and highly professional demeanor. Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude. Reliability and willingness to work across our Coral Springs and Boca Raton locations. Dental Assistant certification (expanded functions/X-ray certification) is preferred.
