Lead Dental Assistant

We are looking for a competent lead dental assistant who will make the organization more efficient and pleasant for patients. You'll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist's shoulders. This lead role should be a well-organized person with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and have the capacity to lead a team and overall set an example. Responsibilities Travel to 3 different locations Order Inventory

OSHA/ HIPAA

Compliance is in order for organization Lab track, lab invoices, lab statements Maintenance orders for offices Maintain work orders for offices Assist the team with coverage if need be Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Undertake lab tasks as instructed Keep the clinical dental offices clean and well-stocked Proven experience as dental assistant Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Excellent communication and people skills Well-organized and reliable High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred Additional certification or training
