Dental Lab Office Assistant Aesthetic Revolution Dental Arts, located in the Fort Myers Beach area, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dental Lab Office Assistant. This role is essential in supporting our staff with various daily office tasks, and there is ample opportunity for growth and increased responsibilities within our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and answering clients' questions
• Scheduling case production for clients and staff
• Maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment
• Managing pick-up and delivery
• Case entry
• Importing data and documents as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in a dental lab, with knowledge of materials, production processes, and daily operations
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Self-management skills to handle responsibilities independently
• Clean driving record
• Proficient in computer usage
