Dental Assistant Lifestyle Dental Schedule:
Full-Time Lifestyle Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role supports dentists in a fast-paced patient-care environment. We are committed to professional growth and strongly encourage internal advancement. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during clinical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control standards Take and process dental radiographs Document patient care accurately using Dentrix Provide excellent patient care and chairside support Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards Collaborate effectively with clinical staff May be asked on occasion to assist at neighboring locations Required Qualifications Radiology certification (required) BLS/CPR certification (required) High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for patient safety and documentation purposes Professional demeanor and patient-focused approach Successful completion of a background check is required Preferred Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (preferred but not required) Prior experience in a dental or clinical setting Experience using Dentrix practice management software Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Federal holidays off Promotion from within and career advancement opportunities Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to perform repetitive motions, including hand and wrist movements Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively to perform job duties safely Ability to work in a clinical environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and bodily fluids, using appropriate protective equipment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Lifestyle Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal and Florida employment laws.
