Someone Who:
Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable. Is kind, dependable, and a true team player. Communicates professionally with patients and teammates. Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a culture of excellence. Takes initiative and is willing to assist wherever needed. Qualifications Dental Assisting experience required. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required. Strong computer and technology skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Clinical Skills The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting in all aspects of general dentistry, including: Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures. Digital imaging and patient documentation. Sterilization and operatory setup. Patient education and post-operative instructions. Assisting with same-day dentistry workflows. Fabricating same-day crowns using our in-office milling unit (CAD/CAM experience preferred or willingness to learn). What You'll Find Here A supportive and respectful team.
