Job Description
Lumière Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry is a boutique, spa-inspired private dental practice focused on clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience. We combine advanced technology, precision dentistry, and personalized care across general, cosmetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our practice. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, solution-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as our Dental Assistants play an important role in building patient trust, improving the patient experience, and supporting the overall success of the practice. This is a position for someone who values stability, professional growth, teamwork, and long-term commitment to a practice. Responsibilities Chairside assisting for implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, restorative/biomimetic dentistry, and general dentistry Anticipate clinical needs and maintain an efficient flow throughout the schedule Prepare operatories and surgical setups Maintain proper sterilization and sterile surgical technique Assist with CBCT, intraoral scanning, digital photography, and other digital workflows Assist with implant and full-arch cases Assist with Invisalign/clear aligner treatment Coordinate laboratory cases and ensure cases are prepared for scheduled appointments Provide post-operative instructions and patient follow-up Maintain clinical supplies and inventory Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared operatories Communicate effectively with patients before, during, and after treatment Help identify and resolve clinical and operational issues as they arise Support other team members to maintain an efficient and productive work environment Consistently contribute to a comfortable, professional, and high-quality patient experience Qualifications Dental assisting experience Florida radiology certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to remain organized and effective under pressure Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Comfortable learning and using new technology Professional demeanor and presentation Ability to receive feedback and continuously improve Team-oriented and willing to contribute wherever needed Interest in a long-term position with opportunities for continued growth Preferred Experience Experience in the following is highly valued, although we are willing to train the right candidate: Implant and surgical assisting Full-arch / All-on-X dentistry Cosmetic dentistry and veneers CBCT TRIOS or other intraoral scanners Dental photography SureSmile or Invisalign Digital dentistry and laboratory workflows What We Value We are a small practice, so every team member has a meaningful impact on our patients and our success.
