Position Overview As a Dental Assistant at Bond Aesthetic, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting clinical procedures with efficiency and precision. This is a full-time position with strong growth potential in a fast-paced, modern cosmetic practice. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a wide range of procedures (cosmetic, restorative, surgical) Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories to the highest standards Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans Fabricate temporaries and assist with smile makeover cases Ensure patient comfort throughout appointments (we prioritize a luxury experience) Maintain accurate patient records in OpenDental Educate patients on procedures and post-op care Manage clinical inventory and supplies Support seamless patient flow and schedule efficiency Qualifications Minimum 2+ years dental assisting experience (cosmetic experience preferred) Look for a candidate to work:
