Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment Take dental radiographs (x-rays) Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures Perform expanded functions as per state guidelines and certifications, including placing composite restorations, taking impressions, and performing coronal polishing Assist with front office tasks as neededQualifications:
Certification or degree from an accredited dental assistant program Current CPR certification Certification for expanded functions specific to the state (or willingness to obtain) Proficiency with dental practice management software Familiarity with digital dental technologies Preferred experience working in a dental office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and anticipatory skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment How toApply:
