A well-established, state-of-the-art private practice in Seminole, FL specializing in Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Sleep Medicine is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our practice is airway-focused, treating sleep and breathing disorders alongside comprehensive general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your knowledge in the rapidly growing field of airway dentistry while working in a modern, technology-driven practice committed to exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and passionate about dentistry. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, and is dedicated to creating an outstanding patient experience for patients of all ages. Responsibilities Assist the doctor with a wide variety of dental procedures, including implant, cosmetic, restorative, and general dentistry. Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures. Take and process digital radiographs. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-operative care. Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols. Assist with CAD/CAM procedures, digital dentistry, crown and bridge, and laser dentistry. Ensure patient comfort throughout treatment while delivering exceptional customer service. Support the clinical team with additional duties as needed to ensure efficient daily operations. Qualifications Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred. Current Florida Radiology Certification required. Experience in implant, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry preferred. Experience with CAD/CAM technology, digital dentistry, Curve Dental software, lasers, and crown & bridge procedures is a plus. Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills are required. Experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn. What We're Looking For Responsible, reliable, and motivated. Schedule:
Monday-Thursday with occasional Fridays.
