Led by a single owner general dentist specializing in advanced cosmetics and full-mouth restorations, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class dental care and an exceptional patient experience. We operate in a beautiful, modern environment where quality always comes before quantity. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking one (1) exceptional, experienced Dental Assistant who views dentistry as a passion, not just a job. The ideal candidates are well-presented, high-energy, and possess an outgoing yet deeply professional and polite personality. We are a small upscale office looking for the perfect fit to our team. We value autonomy and initiative . We want team members who don't need to be micromanaged—individuals who take pride in their work, anticipate the doctor's needs, and proactively ensure the clinical day runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience, with a heavy focus on cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
Treatment Planning:
Must be comfortable and familiar with inserting and presenting complex treatment plans to patients confidently and clearly.
Personality:
Outgoing, highly responsible, professional, and genuinely polite with a patient-first mentality.
Professional Image:
Well-presented and poised, matching the expectations of an upscale, affluent patient demographic. Timely and dedicated. Florida State & Licensing Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following Florida Board of Dentistry requirements: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification from a Florida-approved program. Florida Dental Radiography Certification (X-ray license). Active CPR/BLS Certification (Healthcare Provider level). Biohazardous Waste and HIPPA compliance training. Work-Life Balance:
4-day work week (Monday - Thursday) with 1-hour lunch break. At least 36-40 hours per week with some Fridays scheduled for larger cases (by special appointment only) Paid Time Off (PTO): Earned vacation/personal time.
Paid Holidays:
6 paid federal holidays per year.
