We're looking for an Orthodontic Assistant who shares that mission. Experience is great, but we're even more interested in finding someone who brings a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a genuine passion for helping others. We can teach skills—we can't teach character. What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist during patient care and clinical procedures Take digital scans, photos, and radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards Assist with in-house lab work as needed Help create an exceptional patient experience every single day What We're Looking For Positive, encouraging attitude Excellent communication and people skills Team player who enjoys helping others succeed Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow Dental or orthodontic assisting experience preferred but not required Why You'll Love Working Here We work hard, support one another, and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.
