We're seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to help steer pediatric clinical operations and support our practice as we continue to grow.
Position Overview:
In this leadership role you'll oversee assistant-level staff, ensure clinical standards are met, support training, and assist chairside when needed. You'll be both a practitioner and a mentor. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
