Dental Assistant - Will Train the Right Person We're looking for a dependable, positive , and hard-working Dental Assistant to join our growing private practice in Kennesaw. Experience is appreciated but not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than a typical assisting position. Our practice provides comprehensive care with an emphasis on oral surgery, implants, prosthodontics, endodontics, digital dentistry, and complex restorative procedures giving you the opportunity to continually develop new clinical skills. What we're looking for Positive attitude Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Willingness to learn Strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Ability to work well as part of a small team Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and maintain excellent infection control Sterilize instruments and organize operatories Assist during surgical, endodontic, prosthodontic and restorative procedures Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans Help create an exceptional patient experience Maintain an organized clinical environment Continue developing new clinical skills Opportunities for Growth As your skills develop, you'll have opportunities to learn advanced clinical techniques, including surgical assisting, IV sedation support, and phlebotomy. You'll also have opportunities to develop advanced laboratory skills related to prosthodontic treatment planning, fabrication and digital workflows. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, wants to expand their clinical abilities, and is excited to grow with a private practice committed to advanced patient care. Schedule Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience and ability Performance-based raises One week paid vacation after one year Complimentary dental treatment for employees and dependents (lab costs excluded) Four-day work week Supportive private practice environment Opportunities to expand your clinical skills
