PM Starting Pay Range:
$20-$28 per hour After Hour Dentistry is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice in Norcross, Georgia. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, works well with patients and coworkers, and can learn new responsibilities quickly. Fluent verbal communication in both Spanish and English is required. Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who demonstrate professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and help provide a comfortable and professional experience Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials Clean and sterilize instruments according to established protocols Maintain accurate and organized patient and treatment information Communicate clearly with patients and team members in both Spanish and English Support front-office and general practice operations when needed Follow applicable infection-control, workplace-safety, and patient-privacy procedures Qualifications Fluent verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with patients Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Previous dental or medical experience is preferred but not required Dental Assistant education, training, or certification is preferred but not required Compensation The good-faith estimate of the starting compensation range for this position is $20-$28 per hour.
