Job Description
Our solo doctor privately owned general dentistry practice is growing, and we have an immediate opening for a full time Dental Assistant . This position would be perfect for someone who: Has a positive, people-friendly personality and wants to be of help to others Knows Dentrix, Dexis, digital X-ray sernsor, digital panoramic X-Ray, intraoral camera, and 3D scanner use Has all current certification (CPR, x-ray, OSHA/HIPAA, expanded functions preferable) Knowledgeable in assisting with restorative, surgical, implant, endo, perio and pediatric dentistry Lives in the vicinity of South Forsyth county and nearby areas (Suwanee, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Cumming, Roswell, Milton, Buford, Duluth, Sugar Hill, Peachtree Corners, Norcross, Coal Mountain, Canton) Typical Dental Assistant duties include seating and dismissing patients, assisting dentist and hygienists during treatments, charting, taking X-rays, intraoral scanning, setting up and cleaning up the operatories, sterilizing instruments, etc.
