You'll be working under the dentist's office hours and you should have some knowledge of dental procedures and techniques (we are willing to train the right willing individual) Skills Proven experience as dental assistant or in customer service Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to perform diverse tasks like charting, phasing, filing, x-ray taking and cleaning Good computer skills Excellent communication skills Attention to detail

Job Duties:

Assist the dentist or hygienist through all oral surgery and or cleaning procedures. Take digital radiographs of the mouth (child, adult, and mixed). Prepare and clean the room for treatment. Sterilize instruments and prepare equipment for treatment. Assist with prepping materials for treatment. Perform office tasks like answering phones, scheduling appointments, and making appointments. Keeps the room clean and orderly. Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed Work Hours Monday through Friday 745am to 5:30pm Saturday 700am to 2:30pm (Will have Sundays and 1 day during the Monday Through Friday work week OFF)
