Penguin Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (QDA) to join our fast-paced and growing pediatric practice. We're a fun, team-focused office dedicated to providing exceptional care in a positive and welcoming environment for both our patients and our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Educate parents and patients on proper oral hygiene Take X-rays and impressions (as needed and certified) Chart accurately and maintain excellent infection control protocols Provide a calm, friendly presence to help children feel comfortable and safe
Who We're Looking For:
Current QDA license in the state of Iowa
CPR & BLS
certification (required) Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required Friendly, upbeat, and great with kids of all ages Excellent communication and teamwork skills Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

Full-time (32 hours): Monday
  • Thursday (Occasional flexibility may be required for sedation on Fridays)
