Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant with a valid Iowa license (RDA, EFDA, or CDA/RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate has chairside assisting experience and a willingness to expand their skills, including pursuing EFDA certification if not already obtained. Responsibilities & Duties Greet and seat patients in a warm, friendly manner Prepare and set up treatment rooms for procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Make preliminary impressions and perform scanning Assist the doctor chairside during procedures Turn over and disinfect treatment rooms efficiently Accurately document procedures and materials in digital charts Monitor inventory, stock supplies, and assist with ordering Support front office tasks as needed, including: Scheduling appointments Answering phones Processing payments Qualifications & Skills Valid Iowa dental assisting license (RDA, EFDA, or CDA/RDA required) Chairside dental assisting experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Compassionate and patient-focused approach Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to infection control Willingness to learn, grow, and accept constructive feedback If you're looking for a rewarding position where you can grow professionally, work with a supportive team, and truly enjoy coming to work each day, we'd love to meet you!
