Dental Assistant - Full-Time (Training Available) We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant — or an individual eager to be trained as one — to join our team and help deliver exceptional care to our patients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about dentistry, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a supportive, patient‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients for dental treatments and procedures Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures Maintain accurate and organized patient records Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care Sterilize, prepare, and maintain dental instruments and equipment Keep the operatory and work areas clean, stocked, and organized Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals Ideal Candidate Experience in the dental field is preferred but not required Comfortable working with dental instruments and learning new procedures Strong customer service and communication skills Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment Compassionate, patient‑focused, and eager to grow professionally Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in dentistry while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
