Job Description

Dental House of Washington is looking to add another member to our wonderful team! We're not your average dental clinic (see our website: www.dentalhouse.us). The Dental Assistant job is a part-time position. Benefits include 401k retirement matching, employee discounts, and paid continuing education. We love our team members and we feel that when our team members feel valued and appreciated, they will treat patients the same way. Starting pay will depend on previous work experience. Previous dental background is preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate. We Are Looking for The Following Skill Sets

  • Their primary responsibility is chair side assisting and treatment of our patients The position requires great verbal skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills
  • Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Setup and breakdown operatory post treatment.
  • Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
  • Manage infection control
  • prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures
  • Perform various office tasks
  • Explaining treatment plans for patients Office hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a 1 hour scheduled lunch break.
