Job Description

This 6-month Dental Assistant opportunity offers hands-on clinical experience, the chance to work alongside experienced dental professionals, and the opportunity to expand your skills while serving patients of all ages in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists to support efficient, high-quality patient care. Prepare patients, treatment rooms, and equipment for dental procedures. Take and process dental x-rays while maintaining accurate patient records. Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment in compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards. Support clinic operations through scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and maintaining organized supplies and work areas. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED. Dental Assistant certification, chairside dental training, or ability to successfully train on the job. Experience in a fast-paced customer service, medical, or dental environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care, safety, and infection control standards. Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, coworkers, and diverse populations. EFDA certification and coronal polishing/pit and fissure sealant certifications are a plus for Dental Assistant II candidates. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
