Full-Time Pay:
$19.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience About Us We are a busy, growing, fun, and professional dental office looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team! We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, positive, supportive, and caring work environment where teamwork and a good sense of humor are part of our everyday culture. We are a fully digital office , including digital charts and impressions, and we utilize modern technology and the latest services to provide an excellent experience for our patients. What You'll Do As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our doctors, patients, and overall office flow.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the doctor during dental procedures Build positive rapport and relationships with patients Take and gather dental records, including X-rays, intraoral photos, impressions, and scans Prepare, set up, and break down treatment rooms and procedure trays Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical environment Greet and assist patients throughout their visit Provide patient education and post-treatment instructions Support front-office duties when needed Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office Communicate effectively with doctors and team members Follow infection control and office protocols Maintain a professional, organized, and positive attitude What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Reliable, punctual, and dependable A strong team player Friendly, positive, and service-oriented Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently while also supporting the team Professional with excellent communication skills Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow Lives within approximately 30 minutes of the office preferred We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. Qualifications Required:
1+ year of dental assisting experience
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a digital dental office Familiarity with digital X-rays, intraoral scanning, and dental software
