Job Description
Advantage Dental Care was started with one goal in mind: to provide quality care at a reasonable price in a comfortable setting. We are looking for a reliable Dental Assistant with a strong work ethic to join our team. We are willing to invest the time to train you if you're the right person. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the Doctor with all procedures Operatory set up and sterilization X-rays Lab Communication Greeting patients and scheduling appointments as needed Updating and Maintaining records Understanding and Explaining Patient Insurance details Reviewing Doctor recommendations with the Patient and answering questions as needed Handling general administrative and other duties to maintain the dental clinic Accept constructive criticism and have the ability to learn quickly from mistakes Work as a team for the benefit of the patients and the office
