Our office focuses on advanced periodontal and implant care, providing patients with a calm, modern, and personalized experience. About the Role As a key member of our clinical team, you'll assist during periodontal and implant procedures, support patient care, and help maintain a smooth daily flow. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and eager to learn the details of specialty care. Responsibilities Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical procedures Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans (training provided if needed) Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients Support daily office setup, cleanup, and inventory management Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (CDA or equivalent) preferred Prior experience in a periodontal or surgical dental setting is a plus Excellent communication skills and a professional chairside manner Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies Ability to work efficiently in a small, team-oriented environment
