Our ideal candidate is a compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. International dentists are welcome to apply as well— this role is a great way to gain exposure to how dentistry is practiced in the USA, which can support future dental school applications.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures, including taking and developing X-rays. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Greet and prepare patients for treatment. Maintain patient records and manage appointment schedules. Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive office atmosphere.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as a dental assistant preferred; international dentists are welcome to apply Bilingual (English/Spanish/Hindi) is preferred, not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Proficiency in dental software and office management systems.

Pay:
