Full Job Description Position Overview:
No experience necessary. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided. As a Traveling Orthodontic Assistant, you will work alongside our orthodontists at six different clinic locations throughout the Chicagoland area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in orthodontics. No prior orthodontic assisting experience is required, we are willing to train the right candidate. You will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care, supporting daily clinic operations, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist orthodontists with a variety of procedures, including braces adjustments, impressions, wire changes, and Invisalign checks Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital x-rays, photos, and impressions as needed Maintain accurate patient records and charting Travel to different clinic locations based on the orthodontic schedule
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and be trained in orthodontic assisting Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between offices Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to grow in the field Bilingual (English/Spanish) or (English/Polish) preferred
