Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can work both independently and collaboratively while supporting the doctor in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care. Schedule Monday -

Thursday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Perform all EFDA duties in accordance with Indiana regulations Place and contour restorations as delegated by the dentist Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms while following proper sterilization and infection control protocols Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charting Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the day Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene Collaborate effectively with the dental team while also working independently when needed Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of dental assisting experience (required) EFDA certification in the state of Indiana (required) Indiana Radiology License (required) Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and patient care skills Positive, dependable, and professional attitude What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Consistent full-time schedule with strong work-life balance Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for continued growth and development Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Bolt Family Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
