  • We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental setting, possess excellent communication skills, and be familiar with dental assisting best practices.
  • Duties
  • Provide direct support to our dentists, hygienists, and other dental professionals in the delivery of patient care.
  • Assist with patient exams, X-rays, and other dental procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize medical records software to document patient information.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized dental clinic, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Assist with dentistry procedures, ensuring a gentle and patient-centered approach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our dental receptionist team to ensure seamless patient communication and scheduling.
  • Stay updated on the latest dental assisting techniques and best practices.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and HIPAA regulations.
  • Experience working in a dental clinic environment preferred
  • Proficiency with dental assisting software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Supra-gingival scaling certification
