Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and certified Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position requires a strong understanding of general dentistry, dental terminology, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment. Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment for examinations and treatments. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Document patient medical histories and maintain accurate medical records. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up communications. Utilize dental software such as Opendental for patient management and documentation. Stay current with advancements in dental technology, including 3D scanning. We are looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
