Job description Company Overview At the Louisiana Center for Restorative Dentistry, we pride ourselves on having a dedicated team of dental professionals, assistants, hygienists, and office staff who are committed to excellence in patient care. Our focus on continuing education ensures that we remain at the forefront of the dental field. Summary We are seeking a EDDA/Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Louisiana Center for Restorative Dentistry. In this role, you will be assisting the doctors in all aspect for dental procedures. General dentistry and oral surgery.
Responsibilities Dental Assistant :
Assists the doctors in oral surgery, general dentistry, temporary crowns, Implants Communicate with patients/staff members Support infection control protocols within the clinic Sterilization Team player Trainable Adapt to changes and challenges. Multitasking/Friendly personality Requirements Dental Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a dental office is preferred. Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with dental software systems is a plus.
