Job Overview Join our dental team as a Dental Assistant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will directly enhance patient care and clinical efficiency. In this vital role, you will support dentists during procedures, manage patient flow, and ensure the highest standards of infection control and clinical confidentiality. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining smooth clinic operations. Duties Assist dentists chairside during various procedures including restorative, endodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry, ensuring optimal patient comfort and safety Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following strict infection prevention management protocols and aseptic techniques Take and develop dental X-rays and 3D scans using advanced medical imaging technology while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Support patient management by scheduling appointments, updating medical records, and providing excellent patient care Valued Skills Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with familiarity in dental assisting duties and dental terminology Knowledge of infection control standards including dental sterilization procedures, aseptic technique, and healthcare infection prevention practices Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other medical imaging tools with precision Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to dentistry as well as general healthcare protocols related to oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members such as dental receptionists and hygienists while providing outstanding patient care Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional dental care! Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
