Job DescriptionBrown Family Orthodontics is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused part time orthodontic assistant to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is energetic, personable, and passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences.
Position Details:
Part-Time:
24-32 hours per weekTravel required: Position rotates between 4 office locations (Mandeville, Metairie, Marrero, and Chalmette)Must have reliable transportation and flexibility with travel
Responsibilities:
Assist orthodontist during patient appointments and proceduresPrepare operatories and sterilize instrumentsTake orthodontic records, digital scans, and x-rays as neededEducate patients on oral hygiene and appliance careMaintain accurate patient records and chartingEnsure a positive and welcoming patient experienceQualificationsOrthodontic or dental assisting experience preferredX-ray certification preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (Spanish) is a plusAdditional Information
