We offer comprehensive general, restorative, and implant dentistry, and pride ourselves on a warm, team-oriented environment where staff and patients both feel at home. We're growing — and looking for a skilled, reliable Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. What You'll Do Assist chairside during a variety of procedures, including restorative, implant, and prosthodontic cases Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories between patients Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral scans Maintain accurate patient charting in Open Dental Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently Support patient comfort and communication throughout visits Help keep the office running smoothly — inventory, supply orders, and general clinical support What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant certification and X-ray certification required Prior chairside experience preferred (1+ years) Comfortable with digital workflows (digital X-rays, intraoral scanners) Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Why Join Bene Dental Copley Competitive hourly pay, based on experience Modern equipment and digital-forward practice (considering intraoral scanner upgrade) Supportive, collaborative team culture across a growing multi-location group Opportunity for growth as the practice expands
