The ideal candidate will be experienced in assisting dentists during a variety of procedures while ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures. Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. Take and process dental X-rays (if certified). Prepare dental materials and impressions as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines. Qualifications Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Massachusetts Dental Assistant certification. Previous dental assisting experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of dental software is a plus. Professional, dependable, and patient-centered attitude.
