Responsibilities include:

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment before each appointment. Provide efficient chairside assistance during general, restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, implant, and full-mouth rehabilitation procedures. Assist with same-day CAD/CAM restorations, including digital scanning, chairside milling, restoration finishing, characterization, glazing, and delivery. Take high-quality digital radiographs, CBCT scans, intraoral photographs, and digital impressions using advanced technology. Fabricate provisional restorations and assist with temporization when needed. Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. Prepare, maintain, and organize operatories to ensure efficient clinical flow. Educate patients before and after treatment, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their care. Accurately document clinical notes, treatment information, and patient communications in our practice management software. Assist with implant surgeries, extractions, prosthodontic procedures, smile makeovers, and comprehensive restorative treatment. Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and the administrative team to create a seamless, five-star patient experience. Help maintain inventory and ensure clinical supplies are fully stocked and organized. Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture. Qualifications Licensed Dental Assistant (Massachusetts) Dental assisting experience required Experience with restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, implant, or digital dentistry is strongly preferred Experience with CEREC or chairside CAD/CAM dentistry is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help patients Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care Our Ideal Team Member We're looking for someone who is more than technically skilled.
