  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Cross Trained Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant to join our dental team in Harvard, MA 01451.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role right from welcoming the patients until the patients walk out of the office. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of dental office operations. Candidate will be responsible for both administrative tasks at the front office as well as clinical assistance with the dentist. Duties As a Receiptionist Patient Check-in/Check-outs Scheduling Patient appointments Collecting Patient balances and answering phone calls. Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure clear communication between patients and dental providers. Maintain and manage patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients about their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and insurance processes. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure all necessary information is available for patient care. As a Dental Assistant Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use. Take dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations. Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and assist with medical documentation as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, fostering a positive patient experience. Qualifications Highly preferred minimum 1 year of experience in dental office either as dental assistant or front desk receptionist. Only for the right candidate, we will train the candidate if no prior dental experience Right attitude candidate with reliability. To work as a dental assistant, you will need CPR, Radiology and Dental Assistant License. We will assist you with these if not already available with the candidate.
